- Daily management includes trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns
- Review and test creative, understand and QA varying rich media creative types from numerous vendors including Pointroll, Eyewonder, Eyeblaster, etc.
- Interface with Sales team, Clients and/or ad agencies to flawlessly implement advertising campaigns
- Support for the Zillow Ad Operations/Sales Management team
- Support Accounting & Finance team for accurate invoicing of assigned advertising campaigns
- Manage Rate table clients – upload rate sheets, turn on and off advertisers based on delivery, troubleshoot failed rates
- Outstanding follow-up / follow-through and time management skills
- Comfort and experience with a fast paced, highly-collaborative start-up environment
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to think outside the box and look at the bigger picture
- College degree, 1-3 years relevant experience , advertising operations experience a plus
- If no experience in advertising operations, a background in business would be preferred
- Strong financial or advertising/sales background
- Previous knowledge in advertising and sales platforms a plus, including: Atlas, DART, Right Media, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of Flash, rich media, HTML, etc.
Zillow.com is looking for an energetic and highly-motivated Ad Operations Coordinator to assist in building, executing, and monitoring online advertising campaigns for our inside sales department. This position also involves supporting the monthly billing and inventory forecasting process to track campaign performance and delivery. The ideal candidate must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple high-priority projects, and collaborate with team members, remote vendors, as well as internal teams and external clients. This position reports to the Ad Ops Campaign Manager.
