Zillow is hiring a motivated Customer Service Manager to lead the support users of its real estate and mortgage website. The Customer Service Manager will report to the Director of Community Relations on Zillow's Marketing team.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a team of customer advocates. You must love people management and know how to bring out the best in your team.
  • Hands on customer care and product evangelist. You will speak with customers daily and must love doing so.
  • Social Media Representative. We use Twitter, Facebook, Blogs and Forums to listen to our customers and keep in touch with our fans. These tools needs to be second nature to you.
  • Customer feedback advocate. Communicate customer feedback to product teams at Zillow.
  • Subject matter expert. Support Zillow's new products as they launch and have a passion for news in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries.


Requirements:

  • Management experience; in a customer service or startup operations environment.
  • Candidates should ideally have at least two year's experience in a customer service organization or communications role.
  • Experience in real estate / advertising / internet / and or media environment is preferred
  • Experience using online forums and social networks for customer care and in moderating online forums.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • 4 year college degree.
