Zillow.com is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to build a Sales channel from the ground up.  The ideal candidate is one who has a passion for selling and a demonstrated record of prospecting, closing and growing new business and effectively managing a team to achieve target goals.  The ideal candidate has experience selling online advertising and managing an inside sales force, preferably in the Real Estate space.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure that sales objectives and revenue goals are achieved
• Provides weekly sales projections and forecasts; measure and report on key metrics 
• Hire, train and mentor new and existing reps on the most effective methods of achieving goals
• Be a key strategic contributor to management team by channeling customer insights, metrics and overall revenue performance

Qualifications/requirements include:

• Passion for selling in the online space; demonstrated success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strategic and analytical thinking and ability to make data driven decisions that benefit Zillow.com and our partners
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business and maintaining over the long term
• Demonstrated experience building leading and motivating a team of Inside Sales Reps
• Very comfortable with MS Office applications, esp. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  Experience with Salesforce.com highly preferred
• 5+ years personal experience in phone-based sales
• 3+ years successful experience managing inside sales reps
• Inside Sales experience in on-line advertising or internet technology required 
• Experience selling ads in the real estate industry is a plus
• College degree required
